Out of all the plot twists and detours life threw our way, choosing each other was the easiest one.To everyone who has loved and cheered us on —thank you. We wanted you to hear it from us.
A small celebration
We're keeping our wedding intentionally small with our family and closest friends.
That means we can't host everyone we love on the day itself, and we hope you'll understand. Please know you're in our hearts all the same.

Our Story
We met in college, stayed friends for fifteen years, and somewhere along the way fell in love. Here are a few core memories from our story.

Winter 2012 · Virginia
A college ski trip with friends: the day we went from “oh, I know them” to actually getting close. On one very slippery slope, Suro needed something to hold onto, and Andrew happily volunteered as her human ski pole. His skiing was forgettable. His support was not. Looking back, it was the first time she leaned on him, though certainly not the last.

Fall 2015 · New York
In their first week as young professionals in New York, two little country bumpkins unexpectedly crossed paths on their morning commute. In an unfamiliar city, seeing a familiar face was a welcome comfort. Andrew showed up in a sharp grey suit… paired with bright orange running shoes. For Suro, an unforgettable sight. For Andrew, the moment he single-handedly launched the suit-and-sneakers trend. (Citation needed.)

Winter 2020 · COVID-19
After Andrew left New York (he left first, just saying), we held quarterly check-ins, the world’s most wholesome board meeting. We never missed one, until COVID hit and we took “social distancing” a little too literally. Meeting adjourned. Temporarily.

Winter 2025 · Seoul
We grew up, and so did our feelings. Then came Christmas 2025. Our friend Sang hosted a dinner and, without quite meaning to, brought us back together. (Thank you, Sang. We owe you one, and you’re definitely getting a good seat.) This time, it felt like something more. We’d both needed time to grow, and to learn that opposites really do attract. Somewhere along the way, we met in the middle: Andrew became a little less of an extrovert, Suro a little less of an introvert, and together, we turned out just right.
